Treatment - Colour Therapy, using the energy of colour |

We see colour in our environment as a matter of course. It can give us pleasure and we know if we use it in certain combinations for things like makeup or clothing, it can enhance our appearance. In a garden, and within the confines of a well-decorated room it can lift our mood.
Primary and secondary colours appear on the electromagnetic spectrum, which displays bands of wavelength, vibrating at different frequencies. In nature we see the phenomenon replayed in a rainbow. Wavelength on this spectrum, either side of the visible colour band impacts on our lives in some way or another. Radio, TV and X ray are all possible, because of the existence of spectrum wavelength. The medical profession uses light in different formats to treat conditions like jaundice, psoriasis, skin lesions, etc.
Colour is therefore vibrational energy. Kirlian photography has highlighted that these vibrational energies exist within the physical body at different levels and can therefore benefit, health and well being by way of the mechanism of balance and equilibrium.
Within touch of healing, colour is used as a hands-on therapy to add a greater degree of energy work. Its versatility allows its application in and during massage, and because the wavelength of colour is specific, it can be used appropriately for the condition requiring treatment. It is possible to work with the physical condition as well as any possible underlying source. This can be a full hour’s, hands on energy session, where each physical system can be treated with colour as appropriate. This treatment is very relaxing and calming and so it is an ideal gift for a loved one who appreciates hands on healing
