Reiki is hands on healing using universal life force energy.

I would describe Reiki as the essence responsible for life, originating in the universe, the Cosmos, God, wherever you choose for it to come from. It works by intent and, it exists in all living beings and all living beings have the ability to access it through choice.

To me Reiki is the white light from which all other colour is born. Colours in hands on healing can be specific, but Reiki is general. Within Touch Of Healing, it is used alongside the physical treatments, wherever appropriate to improve the impact of the energy work within the treatment. Its effects therefore, last beyond the therapy room. It is also offered as an hour long session of Reiki.
